Refund policy

At Trail of Adventure, I put care and attention into every product and gathering I create. Because of the nature of handmade herbal goods and seasonal events, I keep my return and refund policies simple and transparent:

Herbal Products

  • I accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. I’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

  • For health and safety reasons, I do not accept returns for change of mind, opened products, or items used incorrectly.

  • I do not accept exchanges.

Event Tickets & Workshops

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • You may transfer your ticket to a different event date (or another person) up to 48 hours before the scheduled event at no cost.

  • To arrange a transfer, email me with your name, ticket information, and the new attendee’s name (if applicable).
